Wow, this was the first day of school and it went pretty smoothly. Keenan is beginning 11th grade and Haley is beginning 9th grade. I am back working at South View Middle School. Haley's 9th grade volleyball team played their first game this afternoon they lost 2 games in a row. They looked pretty nervous hopefully the games on Friday will be better.
Last Friday I took the kids to Civic Fest at the convention center in downtown Minneapolis, Keenan and Haley went because they were trying to please their mother but found that they really enjoyed seeing the memorabilia from the Presidents.
Keenan has been enjoying his week off, hanging with his friends from Minneapolis that he knows from church. Keenan will be asking his date to homecoming soon.
We have had some bad news early August my cousin Brent and his wife were involved in a rafting accident in Oregon, Kathy passed away. I feel so bad for Brent, Abby and Ben.
I have been working on getting Haley's confirmation information/party stuff together.
